Recognizing the importance of seed saving, we've included a labeled zip lock baggie with each packet, allowing you to keep some seeds for the next growing season. Fresh seeds can be stored for years when kept in cool and dry conditions, giving you the flexibility to plan your planting.

One of our signature offerings is the Giant Winter Spinach, a fall/winter crop that is suitable for harvesting baby or full-size leaves. This heirloom variety boasts dark green, glossy, and deeply savoyed leaves that are exceptionally cold hardy. Specifically developed for overwintering, this high-yielding spinach is perfect for fall crops, winter greenhouse production, or outdoor cultivation under mulch.
